An Authentic and Wholesome Himalayan Feast! I recently had the pleasure of trying these two incredible Nepalese dishes, and I was absolutely blown away by how delicious and genuinely wholesome they were. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a truly satisfying meal. First, the **Steamed Pork Momo**. Served beautifully in a traditional woven basket, these dumplings were little parcels of joy. The wrappers were perfectly delicate and chewy, encasing a wonderfully juicy and savory pork filling. But the real star was the vibrant dipping sauce (achar) – its tangy, slightly spicy kick perfectly complemented the richness of the momo, making each bite absolutely addictive. Being steamed, they felt wonderfully light and healthy. The second dish, a **traditional Nepali Thali featuring Dhindo**, was a true celebration of balanced flavors. The Dhindo itself, a hearty and nutritious buckwheat mash, has a unique, comforting texture. The real magic happens when you pair it with the array of side dishes: a flavorful lentil soup (dal), tender vegetable curries, sautéed greens (saag), and an assortment of tangy pickles (achar). Each component was distinct yet worked in perfect harmony, creating a meal that was not only incredibly satisfying but also the very definition of a healthy, well-rounded plate. I absolutely loved this dining experience. Both dishes were a testament to how food can be both incredibly flavorful and wonderfully healthy. If you're looking for an authentic taste of Nepal that delights the palate and nourishes the body, I cannot recommend these two dishes enough. A definite must-try

This was my first time to try authentic Nepalese foods. I like the pani puri, they are filled with potatoes, crunchy noodles and spices, together with the slightly spicy green chutney, it was a perfect bite. The pork momos were very similar to the Chinese xiaolunbao except the momos had may be cumin or turmeric. I wish they offer the mutton option instead of just chicken or pork. The thali was okay, the chicken was dry and the yak jerky was chewy. The yogurt was refreshing though. If you are looking for something different, give this one a try.
